Shannamara and The Divide Golf Course

​The Divide golf course winds through Shannamara, a neighborhood of approximately 700 homes.  With homes built from the mid-1990s to the mid-2000s, Shannamara offers a variety of home styles and prices for every life stage.  These homes include ranches and master down homes that appeal to seniors and boomers looking for one-level living.  There are also estate size homes with five or six bedrooms for those who need more space.

A number of Shannamara homes are located directly on the golf course or have golf course views.  The Shannamara golf course is a daily fee course so homeowners have the benefit of a course without the hefty fees of a private club.
